Fitness Resources

Here is a list of resources I have been using in my fitness journey:

Couch to 5K – This is the running program that I began with. At the beginning I could not run 60 seconds at a time. Couch to 5K helped me be able to run a whole 5K!

Weight Watchers – I have been on the Weight Watchers Points Plus plan and the combination of structure and support is awesome. – Listings of all the running and other fitness events throughout the country. Signing up for events is great motivation to stick to your training plan.

Women’s Half Marathon – The half marathon in Bloomington, MN is going to be my first half marathon!

Charting Run Route –  This website will let you figure out routes to meet the specific mileage you are going for. It is really helpful to track mileage and keep statistics.

Map My Fitness – I use this iPhone application to track my mileage, pace, and time while walking/running.
